Welcome to vbrae ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including buying, selling, and managing digital products. By accessing or using vbrae.com, you agree to abide by the following Terms.
1. Definitions

Buyer: A user who purchases digital products via vbrae.com

Seller: A verified individual or business listing digital products for sale

Digital Product: Includes but is not limited to game keys, gift cards, and software licenses delivered electronically

Account: Your registered profile used to access platform services
2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have consent from a parent/legal guardian

Sellers are required to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification found in Account Settings

KYC processing is securely handled by our trusted third-party provider, KycAid
-
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts at our discretion
3. Account & Seller Registration

All users must register for an account to buy or sell products

Sellers must submit valid documentation via the KYC process before listing items
-
Products requiring a specific agreement or license must be approved by vbrae before listing
4. Product Listings & Delivery

All products sold on vbrae are digital only and delivered electronically via email or your user dashboard
-
Sellers must ensure product accuracy, region compatibility, and reliable delivery
-
We are not responsible for activation failures caused by region locks, platform restrictions, or device incompatibility unless stated otherwise on the product page
5. Pricing & Payments

Prices may include applicable taxes and are subject to change at any time
-
Buyers are responsible for using supported payment gateways and confirming successful payment
-
vbrae reserves the right to delay or withhold seller payouts for reasons including fraud prevention, dispute handling, or technical review
-
All payments and transactions are monitored and verified by our trusted fraud detection partner, Clearsale to ensure buyer safety and prevent fraudulent activity

Some orders may be placed under review by ClearSale, and it may take between 1 to 24 hours for the order to be verified and cleared before processing or delivery
6. Payment Activation (Charge)

Credit/Debit Card Payments: If paying by credit or debit card, the purchase amount may be reserved on your card at the time of order placement. The card will be debited on the same day the digital product is made available for download

For invoice payments, the invoice will be issued once the item is available for download
-
The payment due date will be stated on the invoice and will be at least 14 days from receipt

Buyers under 18 years of age cannot pay by invoice
7. Refunds & Returns

Digital products are generally non-refundable, unless they are proven to be defective, undelivered, or misrepresented

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase and must include supporting evidence

Once a digital product (e.g. a key or code) has been delivered, it cannot be returned, as digital goods are non-revocable

If your product key stops working or you're experiencing technical issues, you may open a case through the Resolution Center, where the seller will assist you directly to resolve the issue

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure all products listed are genuine, accurately described, and legally authorized for resale

Unauthorized listings, copyright infringement, or fraudulent activity will result in penalties or account suspension

Sellers must actively participate in all Resolution Center cases, communicating clearly and respectfully
-
⏱️ A response must be submitted within 12 hours, and a resolution offered within 24 hours from the time a case is opened
-
⚠️ If a seller provides no response within 72 hours, the case will be automatically escalated to Customer Support for handling
-
Sellers agree to comply with platform policies and are expected to uphold the integrity of vbrae
9. Intellectual Property

All content on vbrae.com—including logos, product descriptions, media assets, and branding—is owned by vbrae or used with appropriate licensing

Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
10. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

As vbrae deals exclusively in digital products delivered electronically, the Right of Withdrawal may not apply once the product has been delivered and activated
-
By purchasing from vbrae.com, you consent to immediate digital delivery, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer laws (e.g., EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16 for digital content)

Once the product is shown as delivered—either in your dashboard or via email—the order is considered fulfilled and non-cancellable

However, if delivery fails or the item is defective, you may open a case through the Resolution Center. We will assess the case to determine refund or replacement eligibility

11. Right to Make a Complaint (Claims Policy)
You have the right to make a complaint regarding a digital product if it is defective or does not function as agreed upon. This right applies for up to 3 years from the date of purchase. For more information regarding your consumer rights, please refer to the Swedish Consumer Agency
12. Limitation of Liability
vbrae is not liable for:

Loss of income, business opportunities, or data

Technical outages, delivery delays, or third-party system errors

Activation failures due to platform restrictions or region-specific limitations

Any damages arising from misuse or incompatibility of products
Use of vbrae is entirely at your own risk
13. Privacy & Data Usage
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy. By using this platform, you consent to the collection and usage of personal data required for operational and support purposes
14. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

You fail to comply with case resolution requirements or platform rules
15. Jurisdiction & Legal Governance
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any legal dispute arising in connection with vbrae shall be handled in accordance with Swedish law and resolved by the courts of Sweden, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection regulations.
16. Updates to Terms
vbrae reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published implies acceptance of the updated Terms
